It all started when a group of exceptional individuals brought together, each with their unique superpowers. Whoever said that all law firms are boring clearly has not met LNP Beyond Legal. You might ask us what the recipe for LNP’s success is, and our answer is simple- a pinch of hard work, a pinch of dedication, and a hand full of ubuntu.

In the last 6 years we have committed to legal excellence and equally committed to giving back to the community. But we are not just about all the legal drafting, consultations, and long boring emails. We are a pretty cool law firm 🙂

On Heritage Day, we opened the doors to our personal histories, sharing our customs, traditional attire and scrumptious traditional meals. Our canteen became a world-class buffet (of course no one paid an entry fee) and everyone who celebrated with us could feel the spirit of ubuntu.

When one walks through the colourful and vibrant doors of our offices, the first thing that anyone will notice is our super comfy beanbags. Yes, you heard right. Our office has beanbags to work on, to brainstorm ideas, and to take a Friday snooze when the day becomes too unbearable – who knew that work could be so much fun?

We at LNP take our diet very seriously (well most of the time). Our kitchen is full of the most delicious fruits to keep our energy levels high and our immune systems strong. Most of us have a sweet tooth, so our pantry is well stocked with the best biscuits ever. Lastly, on Friday the team gathers around the canteen, we order take-out and bond over the events of the week. At LNP we all can agree that a well-fed team equals a productive team.
